Shipping Policy

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We have a processing time of 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+01:00 – Amsterdam) will be processed the same day. All products always undergo a short processing procedure before being shipped.
After processing, the average shipping time is 4-7 business days. Therefore, you can expect a total delivery time of approximately 5-10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays
During periods of unexpected high demand, it may take slightly longer for the delivery to arrive than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding in case of any delays. Of course, we will keep you updated and aim to minimize delays as much as possible.
